Stuffed Peppers

The perfect way to use leftover rice that's sitting in your fridge! Repurpose into this delicious and easy meal.
1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
2. Cut the tops off of 10 bell peppers and sprinkle the peppers with cajun seasoning and jerk seasoning.
3. Place the peppers in a 2" cupcake tray. Stuff the peppers with cooked, seasoned rice and vegetables. Top with shredded cheese.
4. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
5. Cool, serve, and enjoy!
