Roasted Butternut Squash and Potato Sabzi
For beginners to Indian food, this recipe is perfect to test out spices and try your hand at Indian meals.
1. Cut butternut squash and potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
2. Toss evenly with 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp ground cloves, and 2 tsp salt.
3. Spread evenly on a lightly-greased baking pan.
4. Roast in the oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
