Red Wine Vinegar Stir Fried Rice Noodles

Easy stir fried rice noodles, uniquely spiced with red wine vinegar.
1. In a large pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Once heated, add 2 tsp red chili flakes and sauté until chili flakes are lightly roasted.
2. Add 4 tbsp red chili sauce, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp dehydrated basil leaves.. Stir until aromatic.
3. Add 4 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp red wine vinegar. Cover and cook for a couple of minutes.
4. Increase heat to high and add 4 oz cooked rice noodles. Stir fry over high heat for 10 minutes, until the rice noodles begin to blacken.
5. Reduce heat to low. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and stir.
6. Remove from heat and serve!
Serves 1.
