Potato Gravy Sabzi

Another easy, Indian recipe for those looking to explore the basics of Indian cooking! Throw everything in the Instant Pot and enjoy.
1. Turn on your Instant Pot to Sauté mode and add 1 tbsp oil.
2. Add 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp red chili powder. Cook for 30 seconds, until aromatic.
3. Add 4-6 peeled and cubed potatoes (~2 cups) and stir.
4. Add 1 cup crushed tomatoes and ½ cup water, and stir.
5. Turn off Sauté mode. Pressure Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
6. Serve with rice, naan, or chapati, and enjoy!
