Mexican Fried Rice

In just 30 minutes, assemble a delicious and healthy lunch for the family, full of spices and flavor.
1. Set the Instant Pot to Sauté mode.
2. Add ½ cup crushed tomatoes, ¼ cup salsa, 2 cups brown rice, 4 cups broth, and 1 cup corn.
3. Add the spices: 2 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp Trader Joe's chili-lime seasoning, 2 tsp taco seasoning, 2 tsp ground ginger, and 1 tsp ground cloves.
4. Click "Cancel".
5. Seal the Instant Pot. Pressure cook on HIGH pressure for 15 minutes.
6. Release pressure manually, mix the rice, serve, and enjoy!
