Fried Rice

Fried Rice (with soy sauce, hoison sauce, red chili sauce, and brown sugar)
You could order it from out...or you could make an easy, simple, and healthy version right here at home!

1. In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add garlic, red chili flakes, and salt.
2. Add your vegetables (I used carrots, peppers, and lima beans).
3. Sauté on high heat for 7-10 minutes.
4. Add ¾ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup hoison sauce, ¼ cup red chili sauce, and 2 tbsp brown sugar. Stir well, and sauté for 5 minutes, until simmering.
5. Add cooked rice, and stir on high heat for 5 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat and stir continuously for another 5 minutes. Top with spring onions, serve, and enjoy!
